Definitely recommend this garage, came all the way down from Bristol to get my eco boost wet belt changed and was definitely worth it. Turbo housing was broken and wasn?t screwing in properly, James one of the mechanics took the extra time to fix it without me having to spend an extra £600 to replace it

Had reason to drop my Wife's 1.0 ecoboost in a month early due to oil pressure reduction last Saturday for wet belt replacement and because of a cancellation has been completed by Wednesday 14th Feb. James one of the mechanics knows his way around an ecoboost with his eyes closed. These guys have been knowledgeable, honest and extremely competitive from the start and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent garage! I used them to replace my cam belt on a Ford Ecoboost engine, Ford garage wanted £1500 and cheapest price (where I live) I could get was £1300, Palmers did the work for less than £999.I dropped car off in morning and wondered around the lovely town of Exmouth, then got a call at 15:30 to say the car was ready.All work and parts were guaranteed and carried out to a high level.Anyone apprehensive about the Ecoboost cam belt change shouldn?t be, go for it and use Palmers, you won?t regret it.Thanks to the guys and the mechanic who carried out the work.

Nick and the team are courteous, knowledgeable, and act with the customers' best interest at heart. Mechanic James knows his stuff and took the time to explain the diagnostics report and logical steps to fixing issues in a cost efficient manner. I visited Palmers garage whilst on holiday when my car developed a problem. I rang many busy garages in Exmouth and Palmers were the only ones kind enough to help, even though they were very busy themselves. James checked my car over to see if it was safe for my drive home. I went to Palmer's garage today to ask their advice for my jammed back doors for my VW Caddy Maxi. One of their mechanics came to have a look, figured out the problem and then fixed the door without me needing to order a new part. I was so relieved. When I asked how much he wanted for doing the job he said nothing! Thank you guys, amazing customer service ?
