Pitiful, auto generated responses with hopeless latency, sending you to a website where the recommended buttons do not exist . Also not offering any choice as to how you are contacted or who you could speak to. There's no difference between NatWest and the challenger banks EXCEPT you get interest on current accounts ( remember that?) and they actually want your business. Maybe divert some of the board's remuneration or pay as we used to call it, to customer facing services.

I received helpful and friendly advice when I visited the branch this morning. The staff always are keen and friendly when I go. It?s good to have a local bank.

I have a business account wanted a print out for may, the muppet at the desk questioned why I wanted that?so I know who has paid me I said he came back with u need a mobile app my thoughts I dont want a bloody app so I walked out. If the staff cant be arsed then close the branch down

Worst bank I've ever known. Only open 5 hours a day not open at all on sat. So a working person can never use it to deposit cash or do anything inside.

Got a bus to Exmouth to find it closed, Web site says it is open till 4pm. Might be closed due to lack of staff but a note on its Web site would be good or on the door would have been appreciated.

We had £20,000 fraudulently taken out of our account, informed Natwest after three months got £1,000 back. Messed our complete banking system up no help what so ever.This was reported the same day it happened after having two accounts with them for over three years. Please look out for our Lorries which are going to be sign written with Natwest rip off people outside three major banks.

So slow... never enough staff!
If you have a general query you have to wait for a cashier to become free, then waste other customers time talking through your query with them!! No one is ever at the counter on the right hand side where they used to be for dealing with general enquires. If someone wants to just pay in a cheque/ cash etc then you have to potentially wait for the person in front to go through all their issues (setting standing order etc.) This takes way to long causing big queues, seen customers before stood at the cashier point dealing with this sort of thing for over 10 mins.
