Inside store, are some of the stuff is non professional specially for non-white people, like asian and other country. But expect the Exmouth, other McDonalds are really really friendly & helpful for delivery driver. I saw one person take his order with his baby but only for one person they creat lots of issue. Maybe that guy face lots of struggle in his life. But other McDonalds are really friendly.

Everybody here were very rude and showing very bad attitude , very bad service . Whenever I am there they always shouting to some delivery drivers which is very annoying. I will never recommend this place to anybody .

Polite staff but crap organisation

Went to drive through kept repeating ourselves, staff kept saying pardon, we were almost shouting through the machine, when we suggested going to the window to talk he said he could hear us? We were clearly asking for the ?stormzy? meal, he put the chicken nuggets meal, it was more expensive even at the window he still said it was the right thing and it was just sugar tax taking it over, it wasn?t, I checked the app and showed him, he still didn?t listen. It wasn?t the right meal so we were charged more. Put me right off bothering again. I?ve made an official complaint.

It?s not the first time, I order food and it?s either the wrong food or something missing but this time I asked for Caesar wrap without bacon as I?m a Muslim and proud .in more than one occasion I get takeaway meals with my kids to eat it home to find bacon in it so all my food is in a bin . Exmouth McDonalds is a joke !!

Where are the staff??
Update 55 minutes food is served. Staff blame a computer issue, and the manager hasn't even dared show his face in the resturant.
No one to refund money wasted.

Food wrong or missing 9.5 times out of 10.
Food always cold if delivered.
Staff rude and unhelpful, very dirty premises.

This has to be the worst McDonald's. The food is thrown together, cold and just simply not given a shit about. The staff either need retraining or replacing. The manager needs to get it sorted. Sent my food back the other day as it wasn't even luke warm at 7am! Appalling. Tried complaining but the whole process is a joke.
