Simon went above and beyond for me to ensure my Van was safe and fixed as quickly as possible . Best customer service I've had for a quite a few years .I was really impressed how much he did .He even photographed the problem and emailed all the information and images of the work he carried out . And drove the Van and made sure it was good to go . It was like driving a,different Van ! He also adviced me on what else needed looking at which they weren't equipped to do . I'll be a returning loyal customer . Excellent all round . Honest ,hard working and with a cheerful service . Highly recommend .

So I feel I should give everyone a heads up. I Had 2x tyres fitted at Kwik fit (Exmouth) 5weeks ago due to an emergency on a bank holiday, which took an hour longer than they told me at first. But After having to return twice due to 1x new tyre constantly going down, I?m am now finding my self inundated with texts/emails and phone calls, telling me my rear tyres were on 4mm when I last visited the centre, so to pop in so we can change those two as soon as possible, as they would have been worn out by now. Asked someone I know who works for Kwik fit about it, and he told me it?s all part of their data collection process/blag, as they say they do a vehicle health check (to see what they maybe able to sell me), but he told me that by then, they have already asked you for email address to send it too, and contact number so have your details for mailing lists. They do said health check, including taking photos of your car, and email you a copy. But he said they take far more photos of your car than what they actually send you! That is by email it to you..,unless you refuse an email address he told me, in which case they just type in a random address to keep numbers up on their system! This is all in aide of sending you multiple messages down the line, with their offers?.and monitoring your tyres to tell you when they are worn out!! The employee also said that if you can?t afford it?.they offer to set you up on a 6 month (unregulated) credit scheme with bumper!!!!! On that front, my tyres are not worn out yet by the way, as Two other tyre centres have checked them this week and told me they are still 5,4,5 on tyre readings! So if you don?t want your inbox filled with Kwik fit?.telling you that you need tyres when you don?t?..then i suggest you refuse an email address?.and request just the tyres to be fitted, or no health check if you really have to visit there! But If you have been in there recently?.and haven?t received a copy of your health check?then ask to see it?.as its probably got a ?spoofed? email address ( the employees) words?.(frauduant)! Upon checking the price after the bank holiday, I found out that 2 local places are far cheaper than Kwik fit, while also don?t collect all your data without informing you properly!! Exmouth tyres was by far the cheapest, and amazing friendly customer service, followed on price and service level by acorn tyres. So would suggest either not using them at all?.or giving them as little details as you need to to save the constant messaging!! I have since asked to be removed from the data base?.but am still receiving them every couple of days. Also?.I?m not going to go into about how pushy they were trying to get me to have a wheel alignment! Which was well over £100 on their initial quote! An overall Horrible experience!!!!

Improved again recently. Service was poor after a change in management but back to normal now. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Quick, efficient & professional. Four new tyres fitted, balanced & tracking sorted in accordance with the quote. Identified an additional problem with the wheel alignment that had been causing undue tyre wear - quote given and issue dealt with there & then. Friendly & helpful (even directions tho the local coffee & bakery shop!).

I'd hit a pothole and burst a tyre, leaving me stressed out and frustrated. My recovery service advised me to ring around tyre places to see if anyone had the correct size so they could drop me off, but it was about 5:30pm and everywhere would be closing soon. Whilst my first call went unanswered - I imagine the staff were speaking with other customers - my second was answered. My tyre size was in stock with a few options and we discussed me heading over (when the recovery wheel was in place) and leaving my car there overnight to be looked at in the morning. The staff were friendly and understanding and presented the tyre options to me, and explained they would put me down for two (to replace as a pair) but would assess the tyre across the axle and only replace it if it needed it. It turned out it didn't so I had one new tyre, but my tracking was way off from the bang and I felt confident the team weren't just trying to get another sale out of me. All in all, a really positive experience in a stressful time. Thanks Kwik Fit Exmouth!
