Ordered our food at 18.12 the app said it would arrive by 19.00 fine we thought. It actually arrived at 20.05 and cold.

Ordered food at 20:15 and told they can't serve me and have to issue a refund because they close at 20:30, there was plenty of food left in the hot hold, clearly just looking to clear out and go home, look in to this KFC, absolutely disgusting. Wastes my time walking to your restaurant just because your team can't be arsed to work the times set out.

Slowest dam place I have ever been to. My server seemed almost mute. If you work in a takeaway, speak up. To busy with deliveroo orders. It took 15 minutes for my food with 2 people other than myself in the shop. Terrible.

Pretty good packing, food was tasty and done quickly, drinks were slow as tiller crystal seemed to be busy doing stuff so had to wait 6 and a half minuites for my drinks, when another staff member did it, overall good place besides the lady named crystal who was more interested in chatting

Nice little establishment but was very slow service.
Admittedly busy and dealt with rude customers who were verbally aggressive without being too angered.
Food was hot and we enjoyed the time spent but nearly 30minutes to be served wasn't great.
Probably just the day
Would return if we was local.

Wanted a quick meal while in ex mouth, KFC filled the bill. It wasn't full and service was prompt. Seating area was upstairs which was clean. The food was really good and fresh. Not very oily as well.

Always check you get what you ordered because this branch of KFC regularly like to miss things out and demand you bring back all your food as of that somehow proves what was missing

KFC is normally hit an miss depending on which one you go to, however this one was awful. Judging from the other reviews this is a common occurrence and since we are welsh I'm guessing this was the reason for our mistreatment. The woman serving us was incredibly rude and incredibly hostile towards us and laughing about it to her other co workers. The food was disgusting, the chips were cold, the chicken inside the wrap was nuked and the diet coke tasted like fizzy water. Luckily this interaction did not ruin our holiday and we even met some people back at our camp who had the exact same experience when they went here a few days before us. Judging from the reviews KFC have given up on this particular restaurant and have no means to step in and provide these workers with actual training. If it was just the food that was the issue then I would not have left a review without returning a second time to ensure that the food is always like this and we just didn't come on a bad day. However after the service provided and the incredibly hostile environment I do not feel bad about this 1 star review and it is 100% deserved
Parking: The restaurant Is on a main road but does have a paid public car park opposite that you can pay for and walk across the street to get to
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely NOT!!! Unfriendly staff and very hostile, my 8 year old has autism so doesn't normally pick up on people's emotions, but even he asked why the workers were so mean
Wheelchair accessibility: We didn't stay downstairs long enough to see a lift however the stairs are quite steep and awkward to navigate ( see picture )

Staff were really helpful and service was quick on this visit. I couldn't use my app so I wasn't allowed to use my blue light card which is a shame.

When we walked in the staff was rude and yelled at people who hadn't done anything wrong. There isn't much choice for vegetarians or vegans. The toilets are unhygienic and it smelled. The food was very greasy. We all didn't feel well after the meal

Worker was in a mood because ?foreigners keep demanding things they?ve ordered? then she dropped my coffee on herself causing burns which turned out to be the foreigners fault.
Then once they?d left she decided it was my fault for going there to begin with.
The burger I had wasn?t even chicken, a piece of deep fried gristle.. I guess my punishment?
Always problems at this KFC..

Awful staff.
Came here for a quick something to eat couldn?t believe how staff were arguing with a very polite customer saying he didn?t pay for a part of his food when he was politely showing his receipt,banking and email to prove it. It was very embarrassing to see how he was being treated.
Then whilst waiting for our food noticed a staff member ?Ruth? putting her hands into where the fries are ready to be packed and manually putting the fries from the tray into the packaging.
Then another staff member who looked like management who clearly looked like he was on a power trip closed the shop early and told a customer who was half way through an order on the ordering machines that he had to leave as they were sold out of everything, it was clear to see there were lots of fries remaining and tons of loaded chicken cooked under the heat. Our food was fine but was an awful experience to witness and I?m glad to say it?s not local kfc
