We had an emergency this week when our toilet cistern wouldn’t stop filling up. Within the hour the engineer was here and the problem solved with replacement parts. “Excellent customer service and workmanship from Simon Turner's team. Ryan prepared the layout, the costings and also helped us to choose the new bath, shower, toilet, sink, taps, tiling, flooring, etc. The fitters, Ben and Bryan, were punctual, tidy and polite. They kept us informed of progress and involved us when necessary in key decisions during the refit. We are pleased with the quality of fixtures and fittings and the general standard of finish achieved. The quoted schedule was 7 to 10 days and this was achieved. The work was also completed to budget.”
