There's vitamins & supplements, super food powders, organic herbs, organic teas snd coffee and a good range of whole foods for the pantry. There's a small range of refrigerated items like Sauerkraut etc and loads of sweet chocolate bars, biscuits and crackers. The lady was very nice and helpful. If you plan on shopping here regularly, ask for their loyalty card - after the 10th purchase, you get 10% off your next shop. Parking is a hassle - there is no parking out the front of the shop. If you park in the M&S carpark, you'll get an hours free carpark znd that's only 5 minutes walk away. But don't go over that time, otherwise you'll get a 50 pound fine . I'm going back here as this is the best health food shop for miles around.”
