I had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel agency during my recent booking. Despite explicitly communicating my needs, the arrangements made were completely inadequate. Additionally, the unprofessional attitude displayed by the manager, Rick, during my attempt to resolve the issue was completely unacceptable. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I would strongly advise against using their services.Would give zero stars if it was possible.

she rescued me from financial debts due to previous scams by fake brokers. For the past two months I have been with her company all my profits are being paid i have never been asked to pay any withdrawal charges please take note about that.

Have been on a cruise with them and a 3 centre holiday to Thailand. Really good on price and so helpful. Going to Turkey with them later this year and hoping to cruise again next year.

They?re absolutely brilliant. Our flight got cancelled through Easy Jet to Italy due to an air strike & it was for a special occasion. Got straight onto the phone to Hays Exmouth & they found a fantastic deal to Barcelona for the next day. The hotel they found was absolutely amazing & even had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. I just want to say a massive thank you! The team are absolutely fabulous & I?m already looking for my honeymoon destination next year & definitely will be booking with Hays travel as they never ever disappoint. Thank you again & I?ll be popping in very soon!!
