“A convenient store with a good range of produce. The staff aren't particularly well-trained in customer service but Tesco seem to be lacking in this area more and more. So don't expect a friendly welcome but do expect good prices.”

“Good range of products at reasonable prices. Good customer service too. I was recently charged twice for a box of £2.79 seashell chocolates, but when I returned the staff promptly sorted this out and issued me a refund. Highly recommended.”

“On my way back home I was aware I had some change in my pocket to which I assumed I was able to afford a certain product. Once at the counter I realised i was a few coins short with no clubcard. Security guard Richard was in ear sight at this time and enquired about my purchase. Once he found out the situation he offered to use his club card and pay the tiny difference. I told him I would run back home quickly to grab the change to make up the difference but he assured me he was doing out of his good will. I let him know I will write a positive review about him as it's been a long time I've had an experience at a retail store where a staff member let alone a security guard offered to help with someones struggles. I think we need more people like Richard in this world and by writing this review I have my fingers crossed his kindness will be recognised. I offered the small difference back once again to which he kindly declined. I hope to pay you back some day Richard in some way I really appreciate what you have done for me that day. “I went into the store today specifically to buy some rhubarb to make a crumble however the store did not seem to have any. Just to be sure I asked a friendly staff member if they had any in stock. She left her duty of reducing items to help me find any rhubarb and when she couldn’t I told her it was fine and that I would buy apples instead, she insisted however that she would check with her colleague so I would have a definite answer. I followed her to her colleague and her colleague said they unfortunately do not have rhubarb in stock as it is going out of season (fair enough) and she gave an alternative of tinned rhubarb or to pair blackberries with my apples. I managed to see her name tag as Lena however I didn’t get the name of the first girl that assisted me. I would just like to say that this whole interaction was so lovely and although I didn’t leave with my rhubarb, I left a happy customer due to the outstanding customer service that had been provided. Thank you Lena and younger girl with dark curly hair.”
