Great delivery service - very helpful drivers. Products are long dated and stay fresh. Love being able to do a last minute shop and still get delivery! Really nice food! Thank you.

No longer any choice of some items, either you can buy the only expensive one they have or go elsewhere. Stuffing and tinned spaghetti are a couple of examples. £1.65 for paxo stuffing but no longer the own brand one which was around 40p. They've chosen to spend £1m on a refurb, rather than using the money to give their customers cheaper prices. They have deliberately taken many own brands away and only got the ones they make the most money from. Terrible for customers who should have more own brand choices than expensive ones, especially in these hard times. You expect this ov a supermarket convenience store such as Tesco direct, but not the main coop supermarket in town. Shame on them for removing many of the items that were significantly cheaper than the expensive alternative, now you don't have a choice anymore, other than buy the expensive brand or go elsewhere, which is my preferred choice.

*BEWARE PARKING FINES* Went to this store in September for a big shop, reassured by online information to effect that parking was available. An assistant confirmed it was okay to park round the back by the delivery bay while shopping. We left a driver with the car just in case and spent around £100. And all was well on the day. Three weeks later I got a PPS parking charge letter for £100. I am very unhappy and have submitted a complaint to Co-Op - who PPS is presumably working for - and will update here following Co-Op response.

Reasonable choice of products if doing a small shop. This store really could do with a facelift as it's very dated. Working in retail I know how hard the last year has been but it really would have been nice to have seen a smile or even acknowledgement from the staff.

just went in and asked a very kind man scanning the food if they sold masks, he asked if i just needed one and without hesitation got up from stacking shelves to behind the desk and got me a mask. complete lifesaver ??

Got to say I was most put off this last visit, whilst waiting for my turn to come up to be served at the till by a human, she didn't have a mask on, she sneezed into her sleeve, snorted, didn't wipe her nose, nor use a tissue, let alone any antibac hand gel and then carried on serving me.Most off putting considering the fact that it's so easy for covid to be passed. She clearly had no thought for anyone. Has put me off going in there again!!!
