I had my prescription delivered to me today, an item was missing - insulin, which i would require over the weekend. So i ws stressed! I ws stressed even further when It took me 4 hours to get clarepharm to answer my call. No apology. Insulin was later delivered.

The repeat prescription service has massively deteriorated, in spite of giving several days notice often having to wait 20 mins or more in queue to then be told we are just making it up, or possible you may get your package to be told “an item is out of stock” and then you are faced with a repeat visit.
