Brought black ops 3 well supposed to have only to find out it?s blacks ops 4 in black ops 3 case. My brother brought same 1 received the right disc but it?s scratched to hell and can?t play it

Great experience with 3 staff members today ! I was apprehensive about which handheld pc to buy and they showed me a couple , let me hold them to get a feel for them etc. very informative and relaxed conversations. Would definitely recommend asking staff here questions if you're unsure!

The pre owned phone I bought 2 years ago had a 2 year warranty and in the last few months of that time began to display battery problems.
I took it to the shop where it was tested, found to be below spec, and was replaced.
There was no quibble and Jay and Jamie were very helpful and patient.
Where will I go to get my next phone? Cex, of course.
Well done guys, a pleasure to meet you both.

@store response - that's obviously a stinking heap of bulls hit.
Apparently my review was removed.
Sold me a broken console then refused to refund the cash, apparently all PS3?s crash on the main menu thus the console works fine.
Corporate always sides with the manager giving her the ultimate power trip.
I guess there?s a reason the place is aways empty!.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, not a huge shop but has plenty of stock and was able to direct me to a bigger store for something I was after 100% recommended
