After an initial problem with the cartridge I contacted the company. Their response was excellent, they quickly replaced the cartridge after testing it.

I have been a very satisfied customer for quite some time. The service is outstanding, the products excellent and the price very competitive. I once had a slight issue with a cartridge which is very rare and it was sorted immediately. I cannot commend Cartridges Direct too highly.
