On short notice, I urgently needed some printing done for a wedding (only on 4 pages) but speaking with Craig who was clear, helpful and overall polite, helped me out in with not only printing but providing extra service of upgrading the paper quality.An overall good experience, thank you.

WOW!! Fantastic service. Many years ago bought Brother printer from them. printer started to play up last few days -dropped it back for them to take a look at & they fixed it in less than 24hrs v v reasonably priced. First Class service from a Great Professional Local company. Thank you.

I do not like to give bad reviews as I think it is important to give the business a chance to resolve the issue, but unfortunately on this occasion I had no choice due to Cartridge line being ignorant to my complaint. I took my Mac laptop to them after the screen was damaged and only half of the screen was visible (but still working). I was assured that this was a job that their engineer could fix. However I was later called while my laptop was in their care and told that my laptop would now not switch on and there was nothing more they could do, even though my laptop was switching on before dropping it off to them. The engineer refused to acknowledge any fault and advised that because it was a 2nd hand laptop it could be due to this?! The customer service was shocking and I am still shocked that they were happy to give me back my laptop in a worse condition and do nothing.I then took my laptop to be fixed elsewhere and the engineer was able to fix it and indeed it was confirmed that the engineer at Cartridge Line had damaged my laptop, albeit unintentionally. I informed Cartridge Line that my laptop had been fixed and that their engineer had caused the damage and again the customer service was non existent and they claimed no fault and that the engineer was trained for the job, regardless of the fact that he couldn't fix my laptop and had damaged it further. I hope this at the very least makes anyone else taking mac laptops to this business think before hand. As it caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I run a business myself and I would be horrified if a client was treated this way.In response to your reply:Yes that's correct you were asked to replace the screen of the laptop. When you say it arrived in a non working condition that is a lie and when I spoke to your engineer on the phone he told me that he never even turned the laptop on so I think it is a very bad start to the reply if you are going to begin by lying. When you say I would not take the advice - what advice are you referring to?I was told by the engineer that it would not turn on, he did not know why, tried to blame it on being a 2nd hand laptop and said he couldn't do anything else?!A good business admits when there is blame and tries their best to resolve it, not lie and be ignorant to the situation. I put this review here so other people have the facts and if this happens again there is a record. It is completely unacceptable to claim you can fix something and then cause more damage than before and then not even have the decency to do the right thing

Bunch of legends poped in today. About some oporating soft ware.for my PC build . They sadly didn't sell it. But told me how to put it on a USB stick.and let me borrow there's with it on. Top service wouldn't go anywhere else
