I was a regular customer for last two years, getting my coffee on the go almost every day on the way to work,or for a walk with my baby. Many time's I've meet my family or friends there for coffee, lunch or cake. Under old management they were always open 7am no delay so I could always grab coffee and breakfast on the go... not any more. New opening times are ridiculous. Only one member of the old team is still keeping the place going. All of my family is now waiting for the coffee #1 to open as even the hot chocolate went downhill. It's very sad. Pleace needs desperate refurb , and the new staff some training on customer service and barista skills...also how to listen to person giving You an order,because to screw up black americano it's a skill ?

Saturday and it's busy but why do staff keep on serving when tables aren't cleared and cleaned .. this is so basic it should be obvious.

Last Thursday, on the 16th, I ordered a latte and Earl Grey tea with hot soya milk on the side. The barista looked at me, laughed, and kept repeating ?hot soy milk.? She then asked me again, ?Hot soy milk?? I said yes, please. She laughed and said she had never heard of it before. She then said, ?Everyone to their own, I suppose?? It made me feel really awkward. I?ve never had that issue before, and we?ve always had the same order at every other coffee shops, branded or not. I won?t be going there again. She made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. The latte also tasted awful, so I?m not sure if she?s new. The service was terrible!

I recently visited here and was alarmed to find it doesn't open until 9 am. Lost sales when a competitor is next door!They didn't even open on time for the people standing waiting in the cold at the door. Not a care was given and no apology. The atmosphere in the place was dismal and dull.The tables were still dirty from previous day.No personalities shone through. People are paying good money for a service and keeping you in a job? Absolutely appalled!!!!!

It's very very tired. Chairs are marked and sinking. Paintwork is dirty and discoloured. The bathroom needs gutting.
Parking: Ni parking, it's in a pedestrian precinct. Carpark behind is mostly full in the mornings.

Had Some lovely cofees this morning.
Shamima was very accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. Coffee's made by her today were excellent, warming in windy weather.

Very tired and needs a referb. Wallpaper peeling cobwebs in the windows. Our table had coffee stains on it and hadn't even green cleaned yet the cups had cleared. Staff not overly friendly. Not even a smile.
Dietary restrictions: They do vegan hot chocolate powder which is why I sometimes go in.

Definitely gone down hill in the last year. Tables left dirty and staff unfriendly. A shame because it used to be a much better place.

Busy and few spaces available but I enjoy sitting inside or outside. Helpful staff, popular venue but too many noisy children.

Drinks were delicious and most the staff are always so friendly and accommodating but the girl that served me was miserable, surly and without even the most basic of pleasantries. Such a shame one lets down all.
