Great care taken with making sure my eyes are in great shape and my prescription lenses are still working as they should. Great choice of frames and many different lens types.All dealt with by friendly staff, always smiling and happy to help and answer questions.

In all my years of buying glasses for different needs, reading, distance, driving, computer, trifocal for studio work, etc., Toyes has stood head and shoulders above every other optician, chain or independent, that I have used, not just locally but around the country. VERY friendly team that remembers who you are. Easy to make an appointment, undertakes all the checks that should be performed in a timely manner and charges reasonable prices for the end product. 5*!!

Have taken an elderly lady to Toye?s twice. On the first occasion she needed her glasses repaired and because it took longer than normal they waived the cost of repair.
The second occasion was for an eye test and the staff offered to get her anything she needed during the Covid19 outbreak.
They really do go above and beyond, 5 stars
