Cathy understood exactly what was required to get our chain free purchase done very quickly, having many years of experience in both agency and a legal conveyancing practice. She made sure that the seller and his lawyers understood that the two to three week timetable from offer acceptance to completion was realistic, and by playing everything straight from day one and prompting the seller when needed, she helped us achieve it. On occasions I spoke to her colleagues who were equally professional, and had quick access to her notes to see exactly where things stood. We even got an out of hours phone call back one evening when I had left a late phone message. All in all, a pleasure to deal with such a professional outfit.
