The Price has gone up a bit much for an inside outside basic car wash but the food was lovely and the staff are friendly.They need to take more time when polishing/drying the car though as my car was really streaky afterwards

Excellent job, a thorough cleaning throughout with windows cleaned inside and out. I'm definitely going back there fir my small car wash, £12 but really worth it. Oh and there's a really nice café adjoining which serves a good coffee while you wait.

Used the Best Hand Car wash here in pound lane Exmouth.The staff are very friendly the prices are slightly in the expensive rangePlenty of choices when it comes to how you want your car cleaned and valeted I went for the Exterior Valet one as it had been a while since I cleaned my car and it was looking like needing some TLCThere is a lovely cafe in the same premises and we had coffee and cake as already had some breakfast at home so will be back to try the fry upOverall a very lovely place with good customer service both at the car wash and the cafeThe food was nice, service very good and will be back for more

Unfortunately I had to pull my car out of the process mid wash for the second time as there is no system in the valeting area and your car can just sit there. I have suggested they need a simple card in the car window say 1 to 20 so they can track the cars in sequence. I will not be returning again but will still use the coffee facility

Awful wash, zero effort put in to it. Windscreen still covered in dead bugs. At £12 for a simple wash for normal size car, it's daylight robbery.
