Booked our table well in advance. Our pre graduation celebration evening on December 12th 2024 was completely spoilt as the minute our table of 4 had finished our dessert's, a young lady, I presume a manager or supervisor, came to our table with our bill already printed out and asked us to leave as they were busy and had people walking in who wanted tables. We could not believe that we were singled out as most of the other diners in the restaurant had been there before we arrived. It doesn?t matter what the food, service and atmosphere were like (which were average at best) as this shockingly bad experience is sadly all that we remember from our visit. Surprised that Zizzi would so obviously show that they prioritise profit over customer care. We are regular visitors to Exeter and Zizzi and will not be back and have shared our experience with our friends in Exeter.

Hats off to the zizzis exeter team! We are finishing a delicious lunch right now, they are horrendously understaffed but they are absolutely working so hard to keep everyone happy. Head office please give your staff a juicy well earned christmas bonus!
