I visited the Exeter store around 2pm today (20/08/25) not the staffs fault at all but had troubles with the card machines so customers were advised to pay cash. when I went to pay, the lady who looked in her early 20s with the lighter hair of the two employees working on the tills disappointed me. I handed my cash, didn?t even look at me, didn?t say thank you or even to have a nice day, my change got put on the counter with no statement of how much change she was about to give me or how much I even had to pay for my item then she turned round to continue to talk to her colleagues in a casual conversation. I understand it was probrably a stressful time considering the card machine matter but I would at least expect a somewhat respectful service.

I really love Zara?s clothing, but Zara in Exeter staff are very rude! It?s many years that I have been living in Exeter and all the time I buy my clothes from Zara and every time that I go to pick up my orders from shop they are super rude.
Today I went to collect my order and there was a lady She was super rude I don?t know what is her name once I know her name I will write it in here!!! she just throw my parcel in front of me!! She is really disappointed me. I read all reviews most of the people had negative reviews I don?t know why Zara doesn?t have any reaction about them .

Every time I go into Zara Exeter, I have the same experience and this morning it was even worse. The queues for paying is a mile long...... We are trying to give them our hard earned money and have to queue up for ages and ages to do so. Customers are just not important to them. Very annoying and very disappointing.

I had a really disappointing experience with the staff at this location. They came across as judgemental, biased, rude, and arrogant ? definitely not what you?d expect from a brand like Zara. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of how they look or what they're wearing. Really put me off returning..

Worst Zara Store I've been to. Both Staff and the Manager were very rude and judgy. The situation was reported to customer service, but got no response from them after they said they will investigate. Sales floor and fitting rooms are constantly a mess!

I have NEVER received good customer service in this shop, I find the staff very ignorant. You could all do with popping over to River Island and checking out what happy, friendly and helpful staff look like!!!!!

Super rude employee in exeter store in changing room. I smiled at her and was about to explain which clothes I was about to keep and she shoved her hand and held it up about 5 cm away from my face and aggressively said wait as she stood there and ignored me and proceeded to serve a costumer who had only just arrived
