Sammi is nothing short of an angel! She absolutely made us feel welcome from the start and facilitated a stress free and effective move-in in terms of swift response to inquiries, complaints, correspondence, and liaison with engineers. We even got chocolate on our move in date as a part of our welcome pack! Absolutely recommend the entire team!

I first moved to the UK from Japan and they are very helpful with things I don't understand about the flat. They were also very quick to help me with any matters in the house that needed repairing. They are very helpful!

We didn?t expect on coming back from a holiday in Brittany in late August to be moving into a new home come early January but much credit goes to Winkworth and our solicitors for dealing with such a complicated purchase with breezy efficiency and good humour at every turn. Emily Hall in particular was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend their Exeter branch for any house business in the Exeter area.
