Every time I go to Exeter I call in here to have a bite to eat as the food and prices are good and the staff are friendly.

Some good bargains and a good coffee shop upstairs away from the busy down centre where you can get coffee and food and comfy sofas to relax. Kids currently eat free over Easter

Always go here when in Devon, always stick up with items that can't get anywhere else, and cheap. Great store.

Wilko, as a store is a pleasure to shop around, plenty of variety, good for cleaning products etc. Went into my local store in Exeter with my Grandaughter, called into the Cafe and was not impressed. Had run out of lots of menu items, a member of staff really needs to acquire people skills. Shuffles along, never communicates, and looks miserable, which I've noticed on previous visits.
Food is not of the standard or presentation it used to be.

Absolutely no prices on anything and only 1 member of staff on tills so constantly massive queues. Has severely gone downhill since The Range took over.

So glad this Wilkos was saved from the axe! Although the service has gone a bit downhill as you have to queue up for longer now and they've closed the upstairs tills.
Even so, Exeter would be a poorer place without it.
