My rating is for the post office in this store not necessarily WHS itself. None of the SSK?s in the post office were working and two agency clerks in the bureau. Waited over 25 mins to be served. Bearing in mind it was a Friday lunchtime I visited, queue was horrendous. All I wanted to do was post my old passport back and get it sent tracked/signed for?. Something that could?ve been done in less than 2 mins if more facilities available. Would have expected better especially in a city centre location.

I cannot believe the state of this shop, it is still absolutely filthy, surely they must employ cleaners occasionally?! No wonder people are turning away from high street stores if this is a level of presentation.

The floor is absolutely disgusting! Not just the stains and marks all over it but has it ever been vacuumed! Staff appear friendly and a good selection of products. Just the overall cleanliness is shocking!

When I lived in England, at Exeter, this was my favourite bookshop: plenty and diversified offers of almost all literary genres; always at great prices!

The shop is tired and lacking atmosphere. It's more like walking into a graveyard BUT I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received. I was served by Sam who was bright, cheerful and engaging. This young man is a real credit to the store. Nice to know that there are still shop assistants who actually smile and enjoy customer interactions.

This is a 5 star review specifically for the lovely chap with short hair and glasses who is usually on the central tills, every time I?ve been in for the last few months I?ve either been helped by him or seen him doing his best to help others, and he?s always so lovely and polite! I forgot to check his name but with so few staff working there atm hopefully it?s obvious who I mean.
