Walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. Sent my prescription through to them 4 times and twice they didn't have my items in stock and twice they "didn't have me on their system" despite having gone for things before. Staff were rude when questioned about things and once was actually reduced to years by their incompetence, genuinely don't know how this place is still allowed to be open!

Well Pharmacy failed to honour 3 appointments for Flu Vaccines, 23rd September 2023. Staff Member closing pharmacy at 1030 at time of appointments stated that no Pharmasist was available.Well Headoffice really need to provide a better service to the community. I will try for a refund.....

My prescription was sent to their hub and they said it would be ready after 2 day i.e by friday but it wasn?t even though i told them it had urgent medication in it. Had to wait till Monday (5 days) till i could get my prescription meds.

Rude and disinterested staff. The pharmacist completely ignored me, despite my talking to him from about 3m away, and the other assistant staff were quite rude and appeared to not want to be there. Very poor service!

Generally incapable of providing prescriptions when they are due despite being given plenty of time (up to 7 days) notice.. only having two suppliers compared to other small pharmacies local to the area who have 6 suppliers.. telling people at the last minute (when they have already run out of their repeat prescription) that they haven't done the prescription & you have to go elsewhere "shop around " for a crucial medication that can't be stopped & started based on a services incompetence is just beyond unacceptable & should have ethical & legal ramifications.

Horrible chemist to walk into!!!! Horrible atmosphere, the staff are slow and rude!!!! Changed my pharmacy now afters years as there just so unhelpful, not what you want when you probably going in with a medical problem

Was told to pick my prescription up at 12:30 today after being a week late, arrived at 12 with the staff leaving early and refusing to give me my prescription all because there quiet and gotta get back to "ottery" as I left I said "I'll be making a complaint" with a response from the lovely young blonde girl who obviously has better things to do in a Saturday afternoon "well you do that then".... Disgusting!

I went there yesterday to buy a basic over-the-counter product. It said opening hours till 18:00. Out of courtesy I was waiting outside not to spread germs. When the customer inside came out I was refused entrance, being told that they are closing at 3pm. When I said I was queuing outside and only wanted to buy a basic product I still was refused to be served. The door was just locked in front of my nose. No apologies. No explanations except that they would be closing early. It was not the first time I considered they behaviour unfriendly and rude. I suppose there are lots of other pharmacies in Exeter.

Rude and poor customer service, low staffing levels causing long delays over 45 minutes to collect a prescription on second attempt, first attempt after 30 minutes waiting they asked me to leave as wanted to close. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY...

When ordering medication through the online process I am continually waiting for my prescription to be processed at Well Pharmacy. I am now considering changing to a different pharmacy. Very disappointing!

Disgusting. Absolute worst service i have EVER recieved from a chemists in all of my years. Staff are arrogant rude and especially lazy. Half the time their pharmacist is NOT even there leaving them "unable" to even sell you a BASIC paracetamol.. pathetic. This place NEEDS to buck up its ideas and CHANGE or just GOAVOID.

Fine although the medication which was prescribed for me was out of stock, it came in the next day which meant an extra trip.

They rarely have my husband's regular medication in. They've never got it ready despite him needing it at the same time every week. They always blame the doctor's and the latest is his email from Well to say that his medication is ready for collection yet somehow it's at a branch of their's 214 miles away from Wonford ? Will be changing pharmacies after too many let downs for something so important.

I read the review from 2 weeks ago about the travel COVID tests. As I had a test booked (and paid for) here in 2 days time I rang to check. They confirmed that they didn?t offer the service. It?s outrageous to accept a booking for something so time sensitive which they cannot deliver. I am grateful for the previous review as it alerted me to check the situation and gave me time to make alternative arrangements before my flight. Was told that head office would automatically refund me in 7-10 days. Some communication from HO would be in order
