The people in this store are friendly and helpful and will do their best. Keep an eye out for Dan because he'll really go out of his way to help.I feel for the staff at this store because Vodafone doesn't seem to trust them to resolve issues themselves - the customer service at this store is exceptional, it's head office that's the issue!(Get my man Dan a pay rise!)

I am moving to a new home and I purchased a Vodphone boardband on 6th September only because they promised it will arrive and activated on the 8th. after I completed the order, they sent me a message of the 'Great News' that the boardband can only be activated on the 14th September. I call them back and they said their employees did nothing wrong because thats what their system said and other nonsense, and the only compensation I can have is to cancel it free. In fact, I feel they did nothing wrong and I am the on did things wrong, and the mistake I made is trusting this lying shameless company.

topped up 17 8 23 made 4 calls check bal next day and only had 30pence of credit left thats with a bvb rip no stars no customer service no to call rubbish then had to click on a star to post

Called by Vodaphone Exeter having investigated a phone upgrade online - but seeking face to face advice r/e choice of iPhone and Airtime Plan. Taj, the Assistant Manager was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful; helping me make an informed decison regarding the right phone and plan for my needs, and then personally taking care of the exchange and transfer from old to new phone. Great service! Many thanks!

Waited in store for nearly 20mins to sort a new phone and having to listen and watch staff (Sam) showing pictures of his dogs to people when there?s a queue of other customers waiting. Ran out of time and had to leave.

My husband & I wanted to up grade our phones & give our son?s our old iPhones.Sam was brilliant, very professional and knowledgeable but also a friendly guy.He switched our phones over & sorted our boys phones transferring all their data over. Thanks Sam, you are great ??

Always a pleasure to visit, the shop manager is always friendly and welcoming, my wife and I were pleased to see that he was still there, as he personally set us up on our phones a few years back, and as we were out of contract, it was reassuring to see a friendly face to help us again

I do the big issue and I went in as my phone wasn't working where it had got water in a crack. They fixed itnkr shall I say sorted it out free if charge. They were very friendly. I explained my Vodafone messages that were coming through, wouldn't allow me to go through to the link, to then retrieve the data package Vodafone was offering. Again,they helped me with that too!Totally recommend them. I'm going to transfer to their Vodafone Broadband too.

Staff in this store are very unhelpful "computer says no people"I went twice to buy a phone but they didn't want to do it because the store is closing in 20 mins.Can't wait to see the day when they get replaced by an robot. What's the point being human when you can't be one ?

We had so many problems with our phones with another phone network when we moved to devon but the staff at vodafone exeter were so helpful and took there time going through everything and sorted it all out for us. Will recommend them in the future.

As is normal with most internet providers when things go wrong there is no one to help. Simple request to move broadband from one property to another turned into a nightmare taking phonecalls visits to shop to try and resolve. Very disappointing.
