Really slow service. Grumpy staff. I was waiting for 20 minutes only for them to complain about how I?d bought the SIM card. Turns out they couldn?t help me anyway. Huge time wasters.

Rude Staff- did not seem interested to help with any enquiry. Felt like I was being rushed just to look online, seems like no point of a physical store.

Abysmal customer service - if there was an option for zero stars I would click it. Staff were patronising and dismissive. The lady I saw couldn't be bothered to look into my inquiry despite my family having four contracts with Vodaphone (contracts which we may consider switching now).

When you missed a few payments, but paid it in full and then you think it?s been sorted to having them stop your services to ask for payment again, so you pay it again in full! Then to get a high impact notice on your credit score? which I called about and they said it would stay on my account for the foreseeable future! One mistake through Vodafone and that?s it, impacts your life! I will be leaving Vodafone! And go to a provider that actually cares about giving and making there?s customers happy!

They don't even deserve one star. When you go there, they don't even help you. They just let you go back to customer service and the shop go and buy other operator sim card Waste of money

I went to the Exeter vodaphone on a Saturday after recently changing from three. I spoke to an employee which idk his name but he was short and had 2 mouth piercing and not only was he rude but clearly not bothered to do his job. He told me my phone number will automatically change to my old one on the next Tuesday but it didnt. I had to call up vodaphone Exeter anain and according to the phone call, nothing has been done regarding my change of phone number. ??

5 stars from me. Sam the man, was a pleasure to deal with Having enough of customer services on the phone, some foreign call centre who have no idea what you are saying to them! I went to the local store, and all my issues were dealt with professionally and efficiently.

The people in this store are friendly and helpful and will do their best. Keep an eye out for Dan because he'll really go out of his way to help.I feel for the staff at this store because Vodafone doesn't seem to trust them to resolve issues themselves - the customer service at this store is exceptional, it's head office that's the issue!(Get my man Dan a pay rise!)

I am moving to a new home and I purchased a Vodphone boardband on 6th September only because they promised it will arrive and activated on the 8th. after I completed the order, they sent me a message of the 'Great News' that the boardband can only be activated on the 14th September. I call them back and they said their employees did nothing wrong because thats what their system said and other nonsense, and the only compensation I can have is to cancel it free. In fact, I feel they did nothing wrong and I am the on did things wrong, and the mistake I made is trusting this lying shameless company.

Called by Vodaphone Exeter having investigated a phone upgrade online - but seeking face to face advice r/e choice of iPhone and Airtime Plan. Taj, the Assistant Manager was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful; helping me make an informed decison regarding the right phone and plan for my needs, and then personally taking care of the exchange and transfer from old to new phone.
