My 13 Yr old daughter loves this shop, the decor is very well done, I like the retro look. The clothes are good quality and there are some unusual items. I do find it a little over priced though, especially for things like basic jersey vests, I'm not really sure how the teens and twenty somethings afford it! Overall though it's a positive shopping experience, the non clothing items near the tills are always interesting and varied.

I have had the same young blonde woman on the till try to over-charge me on three separate occasions this year. Completely ignores clear sale tickets etc and charges full price, then wants you to run and see if there?s another of the same item, despite the fact it scanned fine and the ticket clearly says ?sale? and cheaper price. Disrespectful and very very obvious.

Too expensive, miserable staff and not enough staff at the till. Took 20 mins to pay and there were only about 5 people on front of us. Never going back.
