Absolutely abominable, ableist staff. When going through a sudden disabled episode- suffering with postural orthostatic tachycardia and on the verge of fainting, clearly needing a seat, the member of staff working rudely shouted at me for blocking up (a completely empty) stairwell. No empathy was shown when we explained the situation and was left feeling embarrassed and ashamed. (Not to mention the medical repercussion)

Rude staff - Disabled friend was going through an episode and clearly very suddenly needed a seat. She was shouted out to get off of the stairs due to the ?traffic? up and down them in an almost empty store.

Poor online experience. Ordered multiple of a home product on sale. After 9 days of no communication, I received an automated email stating it had been cancelled. U.O. should not list items as available if they are not. There should also be a process where, in this instance, if not enough of the item are available to meet an order, customers are contacted to discuss options (e.g. amending the order to include what is available). Waste of time and left with nothing.

Good range of stock in. Staff worked well as a team, everyone friendly and helpful. Special mention to April who was so thorough at payment and noticed a loose thread on a pair of jeans, and found me a replacement. She had great attention to detail, loved her positive energy :)

Online you are a joke. Bought a giftcard for Xmas. Money is withdrawn but no giftcard. Now every helpdesk is pointing towards the other. From Europe to the US to the UK. We've sent a verification of the payment but still no giftcard or anybody who has an intention to help. Totally lost in a world of incapable people who aren't listening or bothered. Whatever you do, never trust this company online!

I only had to take out a small loan to shop here. There are three stories of products and can be very busy. Staff tends to get overwhelmed.

I have recently started to shop here and I do like some of there products which i have purchased however I think they should do more range for men as there is very little in store but more online. Its a little overpriced but it's good stuff.
