I called up and spoke to Ed a week before I needed the flowers. I had a list for them and a rough composition in mind. Ed was more than happy to help and to arrange delivery for the flowers within my budget. After the phone call there was regular email correspondence where questions were asked and answered both ways and I was also able to provide reference photos for the composition of the flowers. The flowers turned up on the date requested and they were absolutely beautiful and lasted a long time. Very well done!

Edward has just arranged a stunning 4 foot spray for my husbands farewell. He took on board my thoughts and heartfelt desire for perfection and delivered my favorite whites with his own choice of beautiful foliage and dark purple. My wife went into hospital on Tuesday pm so i called Trugs to see if they could whip up a large bouquet of flowers and deliver the same day. No problem the gentleman said at the end of the phone, i will drop them to Nutfield on my way home. I called back 1hr later to say the operation had been delayed a few hours so could you drop them the following morning. Again no problem he said , we will deliver around 10.30am. They delivered promptly around 10.30am and what a fantastic floral display they are. My wife and also all nurses were over the moon , i couldn?t recommend a better company to deal with. Thank you again and i wish you all the success in the future.

Trugs did the flowers for our wedding recently and the team were fantastic - we had great communication from Ed all the way through the planning, my wife Stephanie was very happy with her bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets, and the reception & ceremony flowers looked great too. I have been ordering from Trugs regularly for years now - they are simply the best florist in Exeter. I always order by phone with the same brief, a modern and contemporary hand tied bouquet with lots of bright colours and have never been disappointed. I called from Jersey to order a bouquet to be delivered in Exeter after searching Google reviews for a suitable shop. The gentleman on the phone couldn?t have been more helpful and we agreed to have them delivered the following day and a price to spend. My niece sent me the photo below and was absolutely over the moon. Excellent service, quality and communication. Highly recommended.
