Excellent travel agents, we have used them for our last 3 long haul holidays. All of them went perfectly, all the pick ups and drop offs at various airports on our itinerary were perfect. The hotels recommended by them were also wonderful. The flights arranged as extra parts to the holidays were also very good

Absolutely 1st class. Spent a couple of hours in there to sort a Canada trip out for silver wedding anniversary. Steve hornbuckle who dealt with us was superb. Very knowledgeable and helpful, friendly. He used all his expertise to help us put a package together which we could of not done on our own. Thankyou Steve for all your help. Will recommend anyone to go there. Best I have ever experienced.

10/10 couldn't ask for a better service. I've booked quite a few trips through Trailfinders (Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Paris, Kenya, Zanzibar) and I'm just about to book our honeymoon to Borneo and/or Bali. Every single member of staff has been friendly, helpful and incredibly experienced. Steve Hornbuckle in particular has been amazing, he really knows his stuff and he takes the time to understand what is important for each person on their trip. Very patient when making tweaks to the itinerary or hotels, and re-working quotes to create the perfect trip. I wouldn't use another travel agent again, the level of service just doesn't compare to other trips I've booked.

I would like to express my absolute gratitude to Holly(exeter branch) for her patience and attention when trying to get the perfect holiday experience for my daughter(when her travelling companion dropped out of the month long trip!)She was very professional and 'human' when trying to get the best for my daughter!She went above and beyond!(and some)I have nothing but admiration for her, and hope that the company appreciate the lengths she has gone too,to get the best outcome for my daughter!She really is an asset to the company and I hope that we weren't too much of a pain for her!?(she never made us feel like we were!?)Thank you Holly,you are amazing!Sarah and Alice

Appalling after sale experience. Booked a Central American cruise visiting 6 countries. Only weeks after paying deposit, NCL dropped 2 of the countries and wouldn't refund our £200 deposit saying they didn't class dropping 2 out of 6 countries a major change. But much worse than that, Trailfinders wouldn't refund our £590 Virgin flight deposit siting the same reason, even though Virgin flights were only reserved and should have been refunded. After many phone calls to complain, were we told by Trailfinders the reason they wouldn't refund was they had put the effort into booking the cruise and they felt they deserved the money.......£590 for 1 hours work??? Come on, really. In the end, not to lose our £790 deposit, we were forced to book another NCL cruise around the Cannaries. Would never book through Trailfinders again or recommend them to anyoneFollow up 28.12.2022To avoid loosing our £790 we booked another much cheaper cruise with NCL through Trailfinders. NCL still charged us to change over to the new cruise which was harsh as they are the ones to drop two countries from our original cruise itinerary.The new cruise now leaves Malaga for 11 days so flights and accommodation were booked by us.Just before Christmas, following our 1* review, Trailfinders did contact us and offered their £590 to be refunded if we cancelled the new cruise but now there were extra costs for flights and accommodation which would be lost if we took this offer so we have left the cruise live.It's good that Trailfinders eventually agreed to their partial refund but if they had agreed at the offset, things could have been less complicated. It is fair then to improve their 1* to 3* in our view
