“I was after some pokemon cards and thought I'd give this shop a ring. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone. A very nice man. Didn't have any but was due a delivery. I rang back when he suggested to and he had what I wanted. His prices are very good and fair and the shop itself is such a hidden gem. Living in exeter for years I didnt know about it and now I do I can't wait to go back. Such a fantastic place with a great variety of bits in there. If I wasn't at work I'd have spent longer in there viewing everything. And to be run by such a nice gentleman makes.it all the better.”

“Great first experience for our little girls 5th birthday, she enjoyed it and absolutely loves her new unicorn. I would have given 5 stars, but we weren't greeted by a member of staff like you normally would be. We weren't taken through the "build a bear" experience either. It was just a little disappointing especially on our daughter's birthday.”

“Me (and my kids!) love this store. It is always buzzing and the staff are always approachable, when ever i have needed help i have always received it with a smile and willingness. It can get busy but they make a good job at re directing people to a till they have just opened. We happened to come a few times unexpectedly without knowing that they have had a special event on with entertainment and fun things for the kids to do, so always pleasantly surprised at the effort they go. One person that stood out as being memorable was Matt Martin He particularly made a special effort to make our experience personable and he was so friendly and smily to our children, it made our day!”
