Kid-friendliness: From what we noticed it was fair.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not too good on busy times.

Food was decent but the beef gave 2 of our party food poisoning. Service was quite bad. No one seemed to care we arrived or were leaving. Could have easily walked out without paying. Mostly young staff so inexperienced in many ways.

Breakfast dire quality with eggs undercooked hash browns hard and poor vegetarian option. Coffee had a chlorine odour.
Vegetarian options: None present or offered even after asking

Not too impressed, had to wait 10 mins for eggs to come out and then they weren?t cooked, meanwhile rest of breakfast going cold. No hooks in ladies toilets for coat/bag, had to put on toilet floor

Run down care home, disgusting dirty place from the top to the bottom. I would rather eat a burger at the train station. The only good thing was the staff.

Short staffed, no customer service, refillable drinks not working so long q at bar . Staff chewing gum whilst serving at tables. Lady at bar was doing a good job.

We have eaten here on numerous occasions and staff are very attentive. Food is really good value for the money and plenty of it.
But I have ordered delivery from here a couple of times and unfortunately the potatoes have tasted reheated and the amount of meat we got on all 3 dinners was very poor. I gave it the benefit of the doubt first time but really my elderly mother eats like a pigeon and even she was looking for more meat. The way it is delivered in the tubs is great and service is quick.

A good Sunday roast, good service. Very busy and quite noisy. Would recommend however.

Staff ignored us whilst waiting to be seated. Toilets unclean and smelly. Food mediocre. Drinks over priced 4.25 for a refillable coke.
Parking: Free parking is a bonus.

Loads in for the Sunday buffet breakfast.Some of the food was a little dry due to the heat lamps, but great value overall.

Booked a quiet table, and we were surrounded by screaming children, food ok, not all hot, sadly service was lacklustre, 10 mins for a refillable dirty glass, not busy either, other tobys do much better... wouldn't go again sadly
