The service and the signals are very very bad i am using three sim in exeter its hell not working all over exeter dont use the 3 sim very bad on data and the cost too high

Having had zero service from Three customer support over the phone, I came to the shop in Exeter, where the current manager and a female member of staff were extremely helpful in assisting me to close my account, something I have tried to do on 4 occasions over the phone with total failure to achieve by the phone support staff. Further, the staff have today helped me raise a complaint to reclaim charges the company has applied in maintaining the account against my express wishes. I have had the contract since 2016 to 2018! Very greedy of Three, but the store staff in Exeter are a credit to the company!

As a total novice to phones and data etc I am very thankful for Ryans brilliant service this afternoon. He helped me find the best sim deal to suit me and my needs and at the most effective price. He was very clear on explaining things to me in a way I could understand and was really friendly throughout. Ryan is a clear asset to the team! Thank you so much ?

Big yourself up team 3 iv been a customer for 7+ years now iv always had good customer service, how ever the last time I came to this store I was very impressed by micky and chrey outstanding customer service as they went above and beyond for me, keep going your doing amazing things for the 3 network, your be lucky if u are served by either of these two gentleman, I hope I will see you in 2 years to renew my contract ? all the best in your Careers @ team 3 ?

Haven?t been happy with the Three sim connectivity for the last 18 months, went in today ready for an argument about the internet I pay for I?m not getting! But was met with polite professionalism off the bat which is disarming.. RYAN , you?re a star.. not a five star rating but that?s not your fault. It?s the amount of off line I get with a sim broadband.. I?m going with another provider for fibre optic . Sky everyone.. speak to George in the guild hall. Great deals.. should have done it 18 months ago..

Thank you to Ryan at 3 Exeter who was a point of contact, customer support and helped us endlessly with advice on our broadband. Ryan is an asset to 3 Exeter store and we will be back to upgrade our phones with him when the time comes!

I would just like to add a review for Ewan in the Exeter branch he is the most competent friendly person you could meet. I have dealt with him on numerous occasions and he always delivers whats expected, nothing is to much trouble thank you three and Ewan.

I used Three's services in Exeter and other cities across the country for over a year. The mobile connection is generally good and stable, but the pricing is higher than what other companies offer. I also had a 5G broadband plan, and it was the worst internet experience I've had since 2004. The 5G coverage is extremely poor, and when the connection switches to 4G, it becomes highly unstable, delivering only about 25% of the advertised speed.

Useless. The manager Ryan failed to help my 80yo mum, when his branch sold her a new upgrade but didn't cancel the old contract. She has debt collection letters. And Ryan said he is unable to help. Shame on you

Useless company. Unsure why they have shops as they just tell you to call someone on the the phone. The staff aren't helpful..instead of advising or atleast trying to help with the issues you have they will just try and sell you more products/contracts.

If your 3 contract is running out but you are happy with 3 network there is a trick how to get fresh deal with new phone. Move your current contract to non 3 monthly rolling contracts. This could be e.g. Smarty. After full month you can look for fresh deals inluding 3 and move back. Smarty is using 3 network for their signal. Just in process of doing that as 3 do not transfer number between contracts that belong to 3 network.

My recent experience with this store, particularly the staff representative I interacted with, left me questioning the overall communication skills and "tone" of the staff.There's definitely room for improvement in both these areas, especially when addressing customer problems and experiences with Three mobile broadband.The staff, or at least the individual I dealt with, could greatly benefit from refining their customer communication skills. The tone used during our interaction lacked the expected level of respect and empathy.While I hope this was just an isolated incident, it undeniably contributed to a negative overall experience.
