Staff seem to have become really rude in this shop. I'm a local. There's a couple nice ones but the rest of them are so off. At least pretend to like your job and your customers!

Don't order Whoosh delivery..they cancel it without a reason and still take your money so you can't go shop elsewhere to get your goods.

Loads of cars and people using tge Tesco part of it, but only one person serving on the petrol side of things, so took ages to pay and with the amount of cars coming and going I was worried my car would be nudged by drivers using tge shop because of tight turns to exit the forecourt. Not well designed or organised

Once again I am told I cannot bring my dog into Heavitree Tesco. My dog is clearly marked emotional support dog on her harness. Your counter staff at 10am either has to be able to read and learn your rules for support dogs I do not wish to be embarrassed having to show my licence to some stroppy staff.
You will go on Trustpilot reviews again until you learn.

This is a very handy shop for people who can't commute to the big Tesco. There is a wide range of goods available and customer service is admirable. I get my weekly shopping from here .

Stop displaying "larger" fruit pots as a "Meal Deal" because it's misleading & please retrain your staff to explain this kindly instead of arrogantly.
She said "Everyone picks up the wrong one" & in the next sentence she rudely said "It's quite obvious really"
Well, if it's obvious, why does everyone pick up the wrong one? Sort it out Tesco.
