Just been into the Sidwell Street Tesco. I went to buy some food the gentleman on the till serving me I didn?t have a problem with I said to him I had a parcel and he said it wasn?t there and he kept looking for another 5 minutes and I asked him could it be somewhere else and he said maybe his other colleague a very rude colleague I might add had a go at me because I used their address to get something delivered and he said if you do it again it?ll be refused and I also told him that I?ve got two more parcels being delivered here soon. In all of the years I have done customer service work I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone and I used to work at Tesco and I would never speak to a customer like that and the annoying thing this kid looked younger than me. To all of the customers that frequent the sidwell street Tesco I wouldn?t bother going in. I didn?t get the name of the rude one I wish I had

I went into Tesco in Sidwell Street a few days ago and among my purchases was a bottle of wine. When I pack I put heavy items in the bottom of the bag, I asked the girl for the wine after she'd put it through the till and she said I couldn't have it until I paid for it. I had a go at her obviously but she was new so I asked for the manager. He came and repeated what she said, 'It's Tesco policy'. I'm 81 had a walking frame on wheels which I use and I asked him if he thought I was going to do a runner, I could hardly walk. He just looked at me blankly as if I was mental and repeated the Tesco policy. He couldn't care at all and walked away. To think people like him are managers is mindblowing I wouldn't even employ him as a shelf stacker.

Evri parcel shop out of order more often than not. Please don?t provide a service without ensuring it is working.

Had a really frustrating experience with the staff at the till. I noticed the same thing happened to the girl in front of me. The guy was quite rude and when it was time to give us our receipts, he just dropped them on the floor??? He didn?t even bother to hand them to us or place them on the counter and let us to collect by ourselves. It felt really disrespectful.

If it says that they have to close at 11 p.m. they have to wait for 11 p.m. neither five minutes before nor six minutes before they have to respect the rules, if it says that they close at 11 p.m. they have to close at 11p.m

Rude staff behaviourWhen i move cage to get monster drink he did rude behaviour and put back in front of fridge so I can?t get drink. Totally rudeness with no respect,no guilt.

Firstly this store is always helpful and friendly and always happy to help if I cannot find anything (usually under my nose) even when the weather is horrid and grey or boiling hot, always a smile for the customers, especially my favorite lady Carole who never fails to have a little chat (without holding up the queue) and is a credit to the store. Thankyou staff

Store shut 10 minutes before spoken to manager his name is Aaron saying it?s 23:00 on our tills long queue of angry customers outside very disappointed they should change their timing and stop misguiding customers as I needed some medicine for little one.Shame
