It's the earliest opening shop in town were you can get anything you need in your daily base needs. The staff is amazing and very helpful is well Sunday they work till late you have so many products to choose on in case you forgot something. Stop leaving bad reviews even with the new checkout barriers you have 6 self-service checkouts where you can serve your poor and lazy manners yourself.Be grateful that there is place were you can get your needed thinks...

I recently visited this Tesco store to send a parcel via Evri. The Tesco representative was extremely ignorant and disrespectful. Although he agreed to process my parcel for Evri, he refused to accept my returns, citing the unreasonable excuse of not having enough space. This is a large Tesco store, and the claim of lacking space is simply unacceptable.
In contrast, my experiences at other stores have been excellent, with outstanding service. The representatives at this Tesco location need significant improvement in customer service and additional training. Their current behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. The service I received was very poor and disappointing.

Having recently installed a security barrier between the customer and the kiosk I won't be shopping there anymore. You can no longer hear the workers behind double glazed windows, it feels like are you are doing a prison visit its so secure. My bag was full and couldnt be passed under the kiosk barrier so i had to squash my groceries down to remove from the staff prison. The staff I spoke to were unsure why it was installed as they have never had a severe security issue. The staff want their prison cell removed and so do customers. I won't be using this store again until they remove the "Berlin wall"

Recently put up a prison like wall of windows on the counter. You can now no longer hear what the staff are saying, and the staff don't seem to care. There is no speaker so absolutely terrible for those with hearing issues.

I'm leaving a 1 ? review so hopefully someone at Tesco Cowick Street Management reads this....Your shop smells. When you walk in, it's like a dead ? stench & gets right in your nose.To steal a line from an advert "You must have gone nose-blind"We honestly can't shop in there for hygiene fears.Sorry Tesco Cowick but it's bad!
