I am disappointed to see so many low reviews on here. Yes - this pharmacy can be slow, there's always a queue and phone often goes unanswered, however, the staff are working non stop and are always friendly and informative. I feel bad for them as they get a lot of rudeness and abuse from customers. Due to so many pharmacies closing, they are doing a great job to be able to process prescriptions on the same day. Thanks for all of your hard work! :)

I don't like to complain but service has gone downhill in recent months. I appreciate that other pharmacies are closing which is putting pressure on existing pharmacies, but this pharmacy regularly changes its opening hours with no notice, seems to close whenever it feels like it and like today did not open on time. This is really difficult to manage around working hours. There are always huge queues. Often I have waited two weeks for a prescription but when I try to collect it, I spend time waiting to get to the front of the queue, to then be asked to come back in 15 minutes which means queuing up all over again! Very frustrating.

Useless pharmacy. Closing times on website are pointless. Pharmacy shuts whenever it wants. Wouldn't be a problem if they answered the phone! This has been going on for months!

Had my flu vaccination there today. The pharmacist that I saw was really unfriendly & made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to him. Zero people skills. Very rude.

They never answer the phone you have to queue next to shoppers and there is no privacy in obtaining your medical and pets needs or information

Went to get sons antibiotics which he desperately needs. States closes at 10:00 but was closed at 7:30. No signs to say why, all lights off with no one around. Wouldn't be a problem if the prescription wasn't sent directly from the doctors. Won't use again!

Absolutely diabolical service!Rude staff and unhelpful staff.Told no medication there and not given any other alternative i.e perhaps another pharmacy that may have the med's i need. Was told to give them a call but to check if med's had arrived but no one answers the phone been calling for 5 days.Been without medication for 5 days now.Will be changing to another pharmacy that cares about there customers.Would definitely not recommend.

Opening times state 10.30pm closing time, I work nights so try to pop in on the way to work around 9.30pm.......its always closed!

Unfortunately had a really bad experience. I tried to return (for disposal) some antibiotics that I had been prescribed after surgery because I had some leftover. The lady that was at the pharmacy told me that they couldn't dispose of it because it was liquid and not tablets. After checking with the pharmacist what I should do, I got told that I should just pour it down the drain as that would be the easiest way of disposing of it!! I mentioned that the antibiotics leaflet explicitly stated to not dispose in the drain, and I even said that this is what causes antibiotic resistance and it's definitely not something one should do, but I got told again that I should just pour it down the drain (which obviously I'm not going to do and will try a different pharmacy instead). This was very disappointing as I always had a positive experience at this pharmacy before, but after this I will probably not go back as it makes me question how professional they are.
