The pharmacy really lets the store down and would recommend people avoid and just walk up to Boots. The rest of the staff are great but the pharmacy team need a massive overhaul. They are rude and arrogant. as someone who works in a similar sector I'm surprised how some of them have kept their jobs

Every time when I need collect some prescription, they don't find... And I need ask to try some times... And when they finally find, it's not ready... And I need come back in 30/40/50 minutes !

This review is regarding the pharmacy section, I have no problem with the rest of the shop! The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:30am. Without fail, every single time I go into the pharmacy to collect a prescription before work, the ladies waltz in at about 8:35 and then they have to set up. What is the point in advertising a shop opening time if it?s never stuck to. Please in future be ready for 8:30, not by 8:40.

Appalling customer service. My mum wanted to pay with cash, getting rid of loose change, and the cashier, a young woman, gave her a look then turned to her coworker and made a snarky comment saying: ?is this a 20p??. We left the store feeling embarrassed and upset. You should be ashamed if thats the level of service that you find acceptable from your staff.

I purchased a SIM card at a location in London but wasn?t able to activate it on the website. I came to this location to see if they could help and was SO fortunate to be assisted by Becca the manager! She tried to activate it multiple times on different devices, dialed a special helpline exclusive to Superdrug associates, and when it was clear it would take a while she suggested we didn?t need to wait at the store. Instead we gave her a number she could call us on and left the shop. Within 20 minutes she rang us back; when we returned to the store, she explained what the issue had been, and went through all of the steps to activate the SIM with me. I was extremely impressed with Becca's dedication to solving the problem and ensuring I left the store with a fully activated SIM card. Her exceptional customer service, patience, and kindness make this location stand out

Served by Hope- was supper friendly and helpful in helping me find some perfume for my boyfriend. She was very passionate and willing to show me a variety of products that were in my price range whilst telling me useful recommendations. :)

Very disappointed with the eyebrow threading here. The threader was unfocussed & chatting the whole time, pretty inexperienced and eyebrows were completely wonky. 100% the worst attempt at threading I have experienced. Stay clear.
