The quality of service was really bad. The staff wearing his jacket which is touching the food his serving. Don?t get me wrong but he got his t shirt uniform on top, I honestly didn?t eat the food.

Placed an order on the app and made my way to collect. Once the app showed my order was ready, I approached the counter to pay. The girl serving told me my order had not been processed. Apologised and asked me to wait whilst my order was made ready. I waited 10mins before I was called forward. I took my order and made my way to work. I opened my order and bit into my sandwich to find I had been given the wrong sandwich. Nothing like I had ordered, other than the bread. Won't be using this outlet again, if any thb.

Wanted a coffee at just after 5am. The guy in the shop said we had to wait 30mins as he was cleaning. We said that you offer 24hr service but he refused to sell us 2 coffees. Don?t offer 24 hrs if you can?t deliver a service when customers arrive.

Worst subway ever made 2 hot chocolate didn?t even stir properly and served it. Customer service wasn?t good, staff wasn?t bothered not friendly at all.

The last few times I have gone in here, everyone behind the counter is chatting away ignoring customers waiting to be served and ignoring the beeping to get my food out of the toaster.
The salad they put in is next to nothing and there were areas that had none whatsoever so I had to ask them to put more in but then I got dirty looks from the person. I have to mentally prepare myself to go here as I know I am going to be annoyed when I leave.
The only good thing about this subway is it?s convenient location

I always love Subway, but the English lady taking the money was so rude to her colleagues. I felt so upset for them. She was condescending and made them feel like they were worthless. So disappointed.

Very rude person on the till named roshan I guess.. Served us so rudely tuesday night 22.10.24 and last time when I visited same rude behaviour was there and he was wearing airpods in ears and just was so so fast on me so that I can go away fast and he continue his talkings over phone
