Forced to order on screen. Even then couldn?t get my order right having different veg that I didn?t ask for and missing some. Barely spoke English so didn?t understand when I told them it was wrong.

This branch now forces customers to use the self service kiosks. I don't want to use the kiosk because I want marinara sauce on my sub and the kiosk gives you no option to add that. I even explicitly asked if I could order at the checkout because of this, and he said no. So I started ordering at one of the kiosks, and because I took more than thirty seconds while trying to navigate the on-screen menus, it reset my order and made me start again. I pointed this out to the guy and he told me to use another kiosk. I asked why I can't just order from him and he just said "we don't do that here". It wasn't busy.
There was no queue in front of me. Other branches let me order at the checkout, why has this one suddenly shifted to forcing everyone to use a kiosk and outright refusing to serve people who don't want to use it. They have the equipment and ability to take your order at the till, they just don't want to.
He is the second member of staff to do this to me, so it must be store policy there. And they enforce it to a point of ridiculousness.
Either fix your self service kiosks to allow people to customize subs the way they want, or let people order at the checkout.

Probably the worst fast food ever. Waited half an hour for hash browns because the guy behind the till was ?rating pornstars? to other customers. This guy should be fired. (Left before I got my food on Tuesday night at 3:30am.) aka 3.30am Wednesday!

Not being able to order what you want as they refuse to serve you and you are told abruptly to go on self-service ...which is unacceptable .if you have learning difficulties not ideal also not everyone understands self-service!!
Orders online going in front of orders all ready ordered on the takeout in subway....waiting ages for your food plus orders coming in separate on double orders . I've been going to this subway for years always thought the service and one to one communication was brilliant. Unfortunately not now they seem to be unable to run the place let alone serve food ...so rude and unfriendly! hygiene awful .. avoid !! Stay away if you have allergies they will get your order wrong

After 20 years of eating at Subway. This is the last time.
It used to take 2 min to get in, get sandwich done in the right way and start eating.
Now with those silly ordering machines it takes 10 min before I get the food in front of me.
Sorry, Subway.

Incompetent staff, the whole lot of them.
Don't know what a foot long is and the amount of times I've received a wrong order is just ridiculous.
I've ordered a few times and they either give me the wrong order or half a foot long with missing items or wrong items.
I'd avoid it like the plague.

tables were dirty, floor was covered in chicken and there was no napkins anywhere to be seen. however, seemed understaffed but the manager in his hoodie had to ask for someone to come help this poor boy as he had 6 orders to do alone. the lady that came out to help him was miserable and was shouting at everyone to use the self service machines even though half of them weren?t working after a few clicks

Showed up at 3am they said they were closed for an hour for cleaning I come back just after 5am and they say that they are about to start to a clean and will be closed for an hour

Awful, rude staff and completely disgusting inside. Food everywhere behind and in front of counter. Got told to wait to order and they served 4 people who walked in after me and continued to completely ignore me. Avoid!

Slow service and incorrect fillings put in the sandwich by Rakesh. Insisted we pay on the self-service machine (whose idea was this? It defeats the whole USP of Subway which is fast service of customisable subs made in front of you). The machine did not scan the app to apply the offer, so to Rakesh' frustration we had to pay at the till of all places! In a shop!! Whatever next?!
