Absolutely disgraceful! This afternoon my friend ordered a vegan strawberries and cream frappuccino and the baristas made it with cows milk the first time. This would have been fine, and she noticed the mistake but then they poured it out and MADE THE VEGAN VERSION IN THE SAME CUP! Imagine if she had been someone with an allergy! I find this incredibly disrespectful and I have some serious concerns about the standard of training here. There are two Costas in Exeter - go to those!

i have been in exeter high street one and enjoy all of it but am dissapointed as i have bought 12 coffees and my points app wont work when im inside.. No signal.. And no card to stamp..
