Stopped for coffee. 2 Rude staff who were too busy talking to themselves to attend to customers and didn?t advise when coffee was ready for collection. 1 lady taking orders was the only one working and smiling! Never go again !!

To all the crybabies in the reviews: This is a train station Starbucks where the staffed get overrun with orders at times. The Bev is your run-of-the-mill "handcrafted" stuff and nothing too remarkable.
Dietary restrictions: Cows milk. Lactose. Asians watch out!

So I ordered a oat milk latte yesterday while waiting for my train. Unfortunately I didn't take a sip until I was onboard or I would have returned it. The Latte was made with cows milk. I am not sure if it was full cows milk or just topped up due to a shortage with the oat milk they prepared. Either way you tried to poison me. Won't be back to this one. Disgusting

Extremely rude staff. I ordered a toasted sandwich which came in a paper bag. As we were eating in I asked for a plate and was told there were no plates as it was a takeaway service only even though there is seating and tables.
I'm guessing it was the manager who threw a throw away knife at me and was Extremely rude. Maybe a change in profession should be considered not in a public facing role.

Literally no cakes etc and virtually no sandwiches. No tables for a family of 4 to sit. Dreadful! This station just cries out for a typical Devon tea shop with a personal touch. Something to be really ashamed of at a major station. What an impression for visitors!

I ordered an Iced Vanilla Chai with Sweet Cream Cold Foam on top. I have been ordering this for years. When I was given my order, it looked like the syrup with milk poured in and it wasn?t mixed. I said ?There?s supposed to be milk in this? thinking it was just the cold foam, as it?s usually mixed before I get it. The employee told me ?I poured milk in it, there?s stirrers over there.? This is not a hot coffee you add milk to and stir it. It?s an Iced Vanilla Chai Latte. I watched her make the drink and never saw her pour milk in, only the sweet cream cold foam. When I have watched other employees make this drink, when they pour the milk in it mixes on its own, which tells me no, she did not put milk in it, and she didn?t mix it. I had to aggressively stir my Chai to mix it with the cold foam (which I wanted on top, not in my drink), and a couple pieces of ice went all over my table and the floor. This is not how service should be. This has been my order for many years and I have seen it made so many times. The only difference now is the cold foam, and I have been ordering that for the last 2 or 3 years.

£4.15 for an Americano, which ludicrously overpriced. Mediocre service. Was a rush in, rush out between trains and only time for this. Coffee on the train was better from instant granules and hot water. A cup of regret.
