Recently visited the Exeter High Street store to have my eyes tested and get new glasses. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, great staff, good explanation on how my sight had changed and what the recommendations were for me. Then the team downstairs took me through selecting my glasses and what would be best for me, then explained the costs. Shout out to Summer, she is amazing!!

I would recommend Specsavers to my family and friends for three primary reasons: the ease of booking appointments, whether online or as a walk-in customer; the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, who consistently strive to accommodate individual needs; and the efficient service provided. During my eye examination at Exeter Specsavers, I was initially informed that my glasses would be ready in approximately two weeks. As I was scheduled to travel outside the UK within a week of my appointment, I arranged for someone else to collect and forward my glasses. However, I received a notification the day before my departure indicating that my glasses were ready for collection, which exceeded my expectations and reflected excellent customer service.

The store opened exactly on 9:00am as expected. However, whilst I sat waiting to be called for my initial eye checks, I watched three members of staff arrive late, the last one @ 9:06am - NOT GOOD.
The young man who carried out my initial eye checks was very polite & professional, even after I complained that the home address Specsavers held for me was two addresses out of date (move from there over four years ago). I have been for eye check-up twice since that home move & always filled in their pre-visit questionaires - surely their system can query / cross check on my visit so it can update itself?
Callum, the optician, who carried out my eye tests was the best I have ever had in 25 years of wearing glasses - EXCELLENT.

As a parent of a disabled adult, I can't recommend Specsavers and namely Charlotte and Cameron, for all their support, care, help and understanding. Charlotte made the eye test really easy for him and she is one of the best optometrist I have seen.
Thank you for understanding both my son and for me, as his parent.
