Not pleased. Young blonde man at the counter was incredibly rude. Not a single smile and a complete monotone. If you don't want to be in customer service find a new job! Seemed annoyed that I even had the audacity to ask him for something! Definitely not what I needed during a busy and difficult day. Not impressed and not coming back.

Me and my daughter visited Screwfix today to return a faulty product. I ended up getting a refund and was recommended a new product that was better for my needs.
Special thanks must go to Ivana who is delivering excellent customer service, is welcoming and friendly.
We live closest to this screwfix but we will sometimes go to the marsh Barton store.
Thanks to this fantastic experience we have had today, we will actively choose to revisit the Sowton store.

Very nice blending of great app and great friendly service and staff along with complete simplicity, I am really happy with the experiences with Screwfix , always a great product range and cool that you can check in to collect your products through the App and make it easier and quicker to get what you already ordered and paid for in advance ?
