Staff very rude and making a formal complaint and will recommend to anyone who asks go tool station instead staff are much better

Not pleased. Young blonde man at the counter was incredibly rude. Not a single smile and a complete monotone. If you don't want to be in customer service find a new job! Seemed annoyed that I even had the audacity to ask him for something! Definitely not what I needed during a busy and difficult day. Not impressed and... read full comment

Me and my daughter visited Screwfix today to return a faulty product. I ended up getting a refund and was recommended a new product that was better for my needs.
Special thanks must go to Ivana who is delivering excellent customer service, is welcoming and friendly.
