The Salon is lovely in itself. The staff are all very smiley and approachable. Lisa took an adventurous interest in colour correcting my hair and achieved the look I didn?t think was possible. The basin experience was like no other salon in Exeter. Highly recommend!

As a new client I was really impressed. All the staff are friendly and chatty, the salon is very welcoming and Hannah, who cut my hair, was a star. I'm delighted with my cut and looking forward to highlights next time. Great job, Saks. Thank you.

Best salon around! I?ve had an incredible experience with Lisa - she is so kind, professional, and gives the best hair advice; thanks to her I now have curtain bangs which I love!! I left the salon feel very relaxed and super confident. Would recommend Saks to anyone - especially Lisa, she?s a miracle worker!

I visited on Wednesday 28th February, I was asked to come earlier than my appointment time, which I did but I was still kept waiting. Faye was my stylist and I showed her a picture of what I wanted, but I had to tell her that the back wasn't what I wanted and she had another go. She already had another customer waiting and it all seemed a bit rushed at the end making me feel uncomfortable. My hair doesn't look any different and it doesn't handle very well. I won't go there again. Very disappointed.

I have always adored my time at Saks Exeter while a resident of Devon for 5 year, to enjoy moment of peace to myself, and after moving to Hampshire and finding no-one I trust with my hair for almost 2 years it was an absolute pleasure to come back to Saks Exeter and have my hair tended to by the fabulous Lisa.She gave my lackluster locks a much needed chop and I am beyond thrilled.I may have lost half of the length, but the quality of cut, the condition treatment has left my locks silky healthy and honestly I can't stop touching it.My cut isn't mummsy, it has movement and is so fresh. I have received non stop compliments today on school run.I can wait to come back at Easter to discuss colour.I really don't care about the distance, Lisa did an exemplary job with my awful neglected hair, I am more than happy to drive 3,hours to have her cut and style my hair again.Saks Exeter staff are attentive friendly and always listen to the client.Lisa, thank you for making me feel young again

First visit today with Lisa and it was super. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered a few suggestions for drying. Lovely wash and head massage with the conditioner. Would highly recommend !

This is one of those gorgeous finds you can't believe you had the luck of booking an appointment with. I had just moved to the area for the summer and was desperate for a cut and style and a some strands of natural color to freshen up my sun-bleached light-medium auburn hair. I've always had a celebrity hairstylist in Los Angeles (for many, many years) so I was a bit nervous to go just anywhere for my hair after having years of good luck with my amazing former stylist. Moving away from him was painful and I dragged my feet on getting even a trim for quite some time before finally taking the leap.HOW LUCKY AM I to have believed the good reviews and picked up the phone to book with Saks and experience their magic for myself.I cannot begin to find the exact word to express HOW impressed and happy I was with everyone at Saks. The owner is a truly genuine person and a complete doll of a gal! She makes you immediately feel like one of her longtime friends, yet fully capable of maintaining a true professionalism through the entire experience.I have thick long curly hair that I wear curly, straight, or beach-wavy depending upon the day, humidity, and event. The owner and her stylists immediately put you at ease when sitting down for the consultation by asking all the important questions and actually listening to their client before making any assessment and suggestions. (Their suggestions are valuable and valid and worth following! My hair looked incredible leaving the salon and months following!)An appropriate color patch test is done pre-color and everything about this salon radiates professionalism and expertise. This is truly a high-end salon experience. There's no need to go any further than Saks in Exeter for an amazing top-class haircut, style, and/or color. I received a multitude of compliments by strangers and friends alike after revealing my "new hair."(And I still cannot believe how affordable the services are priced for such amazing results!)If you want a gorgeous look with truly knowledgable and personable stylists--Call Saks immediately. The only thing that keeps you wanting is the wish the appointment hadn't ended and you're no longer in the good, cheerful company of these amazing owners and stylists!
