Stephen Fry once said Sainsbury's keeps the riff raff out of Waitrose, unfortunately it's now so bad that is no longer the case.
Reduced range, reduced facilities (tills & entry in north street, deli counter, butchers, pharmacy etc), short dates on products (today I found 2 bottles of bob milk out of date by a couple of days), and like with all Sainsbury's the quality of the own brand products has reduced over recent years yet the price still goes up, all in all a poor imitation of a once great supermarket.

Always well stocked. On several occasions have been left waiting for a while at the self service kiosks whilst watching the staff members chatting amongst themselves.

ID'd for sparkling water, tried to explain but the employee was repeatedly rude and refused to even look at the water. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review but this lady was being rude and when there was no request for ID on the machine she did not apologise and walked away
