I ordered 3 bound presentation packs via the online printing service for a business meeting. I paid for express delivery to ensure I received them on time. The quality of the prints was absolutely awful, the colours were different to those in the PDF and the font was illegible due to the faded colours used. It was so bad that I was too embarrassed to use them in my meeting.
I contacted customer services only to receive an email to say that my complaint would be picked up within 72hours - this would be after my meeting was due to take place, so I popped in to the Exeter branch in the hope that they would be able to sort the issue before my meeting tomorrow.
Despite being run off her feet lone working, Lauren was fantastic, she immediately got on to rectifying the issue and printed me new copies that were to an appropriate standard. She made the entire in-store experience stress-free where she could've made it difficult. She delivered exceptional customer service in a genuine manner and is a real asset to your business, doing her best to make up for her online colleagues shortfall. Thanks to Lauren I can attend my meeting fully prepared - Thank you Lauren! Although coming in half way through my transaction, Tate reinforced the friendly and customer-focused environment in store - a great team.

Highly recommend this excellent stationery shop. The service is exceptional and I am most impressed with their helpfulness. On two separate occasions I had quite a lot of fiddly printing requests which they handled with efficient professionalism. Thank you. You have a repeat customer now!

Not a very big store, but plenty of choice of stationery... files, notebooks, pens/pencils, rucksacks for the students etc etc....photocopier service and laminating also ?.... and when they have a sale... it's good ?.
