Went into the Exeter store today to find some shoes for my mums funeral instead I came away with 2 lovely shirts in the sale for summer and a little something for my 5 month old nephew. Would like to mention the lovely Ally.. greeted with a smile as I asked her to put an item by the till point saves me taking into the changing room, as I came out to pay for my items I was greeted with another smile. Very polite and super friendly. Its been along time since I've had been served with great customer service. She's a great asset to the store.

I had such a good experience in this store yesterday, I came in because I saw the lovely art drawn on the door, the staff was super helpful, they greeted me so warmly. I was served by Kata and she took her time to show me around and find me a new shower gel and she even gave me samples of other products so now I can try a whole routine. Another lovely staff member, I think she was called Izzy was also very kind and helpful. I can't wait to come back
