Just another bang average Premier Inn with charged parking (£8) and terrible Wi-Fi. Local tip the Holiday Inn (4 mins walk) down the road has great Wi-Fi better, beer choice and it?s cheaper.

Premier Inn, Exeter ? One-night work stay
I stayed here for one night while on a work trip and had a lovely experience.
I was greeted by a young lady with stunning emerald green hair?sorry I didn?t catch her name, but she was so polite and helpful. Thanks to her, my stay started off on a really positive note.
The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent climate control that kept things perfectly warm and cool.
Breakfast was delicious, and at just £10, it was great value.
Thank you!

A great premier inn, shame about the parking charges though.

Paid for early check in with 2 keycards so we could unload our luggage before going to funeral. Keys don't work until computer resets.
Only one towel in room.
Rooms smelt damp due to leaking air-conditioning in both rooms. Windows do not open.
Having stayed at a holiday in express the previous night for a similar price, I know which my choice is next time. Sorry

Decent hotel. Room is actually pretty quiet even by the busy road. Air conditioning is great. This is a decent Premier Inn. Avoid the pub next door for evening meals. Food is average and service slow. Staff miserable and don't care.

I initially booked for Countess Wear, as it's a bit more picturesque. On the day, I received a call asking me to change my booking to this one.
It's a nice tidy hotel, needs a few new ironing boards, as the current ones are a bit of a death trap.
Pub next door is easy and the staff were lovely and polite.

Fairly good overall as Premier Inns go. The rooms are nicely air-conditioned, which provided an excellent relief given the consistent spell of hot weather close to the time of my stay. Parking is chargeable, but it wasn't made clear that blue badge holders can park free of charge until enquiring at reception.

Premier Inn, what you expect. Hassle free and a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel is in good striking distance from the motorway. Finding the entrance was a tad difficult, because the sign was obscured by an overgrown bush. The rooms were very acceptable. I personally don't like the pillows. I find synthetic material gets hot, which drives me mad when trying to sleep. Breakfast was good. You have to leave the hotel and go next door (very close) to the restaurant and bar. Overall I would stay again... But I may bring a pillow next time.

According to another review we read, there was someone smoking drugs in the hotel and in the room! Not without disturbing anyone in the open area. As seen in the comments, it is not safe at all. In order to raid a person, they unite with the guests and 20 or 30 people go to the person and set up an organised game. And they make exaggerated untrue slanders and put them under surveillance. I have already proved myself by getting a card from your hotel, I still don't understand how this card disappeared. Someone stole my property.

Not happy with paying £8 to park
