Lovely staff. Food was really nice. Two course meal deal thing and breakfast was nice. Good choices and really quick service. One meal was 5 mins late, but offered free round of drinks. Rooms clean and spacious. Only minor grip was only one large towel appreciate can go to reception but when over one night I think it would be sensible to put two towels in. Would highly recommend.

All thanks to the names below for playing their role respectively as a team. Gemma was great at the Reception desk. The way she handled my check in was great and all smiles even when the network was down, she was able to calm the situation and registered me manually. I Meet Nadine at the Bar and she was all smiles explaining to me how to have my order taken and nicely asking if i have checked in and showing me the breakfast area and the menu for dinner and drinks. Farzan was also exceptional as he politely took my order from Nadine and brought it to me after exactly 15 minutes as confirmed. There kind and lovely attitude towards a customer as busy as it could get made me love to come back again. They deserve an accolade. Thank you guys for making my stay a wonderful delight. I rate the hotel 10/10. when i travel for Business, i will definitely visit again.Rooms: Premier INN Plus room was great and internet was very good for my work and Business meeting.Safety: Safety at its bestFood & drinks: Taste Great

The bed was so cozy, I almost wanted to take it home with me (but I don?t think it would fit in my suitcase).
