Not at all like it used to be. Barely find anything here for £1 yet plenty of other stores manage it. Better quality and price at all the other many discount store options. It just doesn't have a place in the market anymore or even knows itself where it fits in. On the upside plenty of tills available for a quick checkout experience. Not very well lit outside the store and an uncomfortable experience with vagrants that are high as a kite littered everywhere.

they were ok. went in for some snacks. cashier was annoied that i didn't have anything smaller than a £20. well... I did have something smaller, but it wasn't enough, since they put the prices of their snacks up
